Products / CIMS
The routing layer for modern finance.
Institutional-grade identity and messaging. CIMS brings banking standards to the blockchain, ensuring secure, verified, and compliant settlement.
01 / Address poisoning.
Long hex strings are unreadable. Send money to the wrong address, or fall victim to clipboard hijacking, and the funds are gone forever.
02 / Unforgiving finality.
Instant settlement means no stop-pay windows. If a mistake or fraud occurs, there is no way to intervene once the transaction is signed.
03 / Compliance blindspots.
Raw onchain payments bypass institutional controls. There is no native way to enforce AML or sanctions checks before the transaction hits the mempool.
SEPA & ACH name checks, brought onchain.
We do what traditional banking does, but cryptographically. Before execution, CIMS requests the recipient's account details from their bank and uses zero-knowledge hashes to perform a strict name check. If the hashes don't match, the transaction never executes.
01 / Programmable Finality.
Users can choose between a secure 12-hour pending state or instant direct settlement. While the 12-hour window provides a crucial period to recall funds, direct settlement is available subject to the bilateral policies set by the participating institutions.
02 / Enforceable Compliance.
Transactions are evaluated against institutional oracles before settlement. If a transfer hits a sanctions list or fails AML checks, the protocol automatically halts execution and returns the funds.
03 / Bilateral Identity Policies.
Institutions can define strict, programmable rules for interacting with other network participants. Enforce KYC requirements, set volume limits, and maintain complete control over counterparty risk.
01 / The Global Index.
CIMS maps complex blockchain addresses to standardized, bank-like account numbers. For example, "R" is the CIMS prefix, "100" is the institution index (like Roots), and the rest is the user's account.

02 / Secure Routing.
Institutions establish encrypted peer-to-peer routes to securely pass transaction intent and compliance metadata offchain, ensuring absolute privacy.
03 / Name Verification.
Before execution, the protocol verifies the recipient's legal name against the destination bank's records, ensuring funds only go to the intended person.
Institutions
Anchor Identity.
Register with the network registry to establish a verifiable onchain identity and administrative control.
Configure Attestation.
Set up secure signers to cryptographically approve user transfer intents before they are executed.
Define Policies.
Hash and anchor bilateral trust policies onchain while keeping the actual compliance rules completely private.

Users
Deterministic Binding.
Users register with a participating institution. Once accepted, their wallet is deterministically bound to the institution's index.
No single point of control.
No centralized intermediary.
Governed by consensus.
Rule changes, compliance standards, and network upgrades are proposed and executed via decentralized consensus. No single entity can unilaterally alter routing rules or access user data.
